Dancing With The Stars returned on Monday, and Olympia Valance made a bold impact with her Tango. Olympia Valance, aka Paige Smith, stunned viewers on Monday night during her first performance on the return of Dancing With The Stars, dancing the Tango to Taylor Swift's 'Look What You Made Me Do.' "I didn't know Ramsay Street had a resident dominatrix" was co-host Grant Denyer's first comment as Olympia and her dance partner Jarryd Byrne joined him for the judges comments. Tough and critical judge Craig Revel Horwood liked Olympia's performance, a first for the night - "it really was quiet spectacular" - but pointed out some technical points for Olympia to work on. He also pointed out that they mixed the Argentine Tango with the Ballroom Tango, when they dance should have only been Ballroom Tango. Judge Tristan MacManus also loved the routine, saying it was a very high standard to start off with, and pointing out that her abilities as an actress helped her with the character-driven dance. He also said that he could already see a strong connection between Olympia and Jarryd. Final judge Sharna Burgess, like the other two judges, pointed out inconsistencies with with Olympia's frame throughout the routine, but called her said she was "a boss babe from start to finish." But, it was only the first night, meaning the starsS aren't meant to be perfectly amazing right away, and the scores showed that Olympia has started the competition off strongly. Judges Scores Craig - 5 Sharna - 6 Tristan - 6 Dancing With The Stars airs on Channel 10 every Monday from 7:30pm.
