Neighbours webisode series Neighbours Vs. Zombies has been nominated for a Melbourne WebFest award. Neighbours Vs. Zombies, the third webisode series that the show has produced, in one of the ten drama nominations at this years Melbourne WebFest. Created and directed by Ric Forester and Louna Maroun, the series saw the return of several dead Ramsay Street residents, in the form of zombies. Celebrating Halloween, Neighbours Vs. Zombies parodied a number of classic horror and zombie themes, creating a classic Neighbours storyline, despite the fact that most of the characters were dead. Melbourne WebFest, Australia's international web series festival, revealed their list of nominees on Tuesday, May 5, which included Neighbours Vs. Zombies in the drama category. Other drama nominees include; Whatever, Linda (Canada), The Banks (Canada), SYD2030 - Season 2 (Australia), Starting From Now (Australia), Michaelle en Sacrament (Canada), Kisses and Guns (Italy), Feminin/Feminin (Canada), Discrepance (France), and Alturman (Australia). Also receiving a nomination in the comedy category is season two of Chris & Josh, which stars Matt Werkmeister, known to Neighbours fans as Zeke Kinski.
